Δημήτρης Αντωνίου, Αρχιτέκτων ΕΜΠ, ΜΑrch., USC

Γεννήθηκε το 1964. Αρχιτέκτων Μηχανικός, ΕΜΠ (1989). Master of Architecture in the Urban Landscape, University of Southern California, Los Angeles (1991). Συνεργάτης αρχιτέκτων σε αρχιτεκτονικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα και στο Los Angeles (1983-1992). Set Designer στην MCA/Universal Studios, Hollywood, (1992-93). Μέλος της ομάδας Θέρος Αρχιτεκτονική (1994-1998). Έχει μελετήσει ποικιλία ιδιωτικών έργων (κινηματογράφους, θέατρα, καταστήματα, γραφεία, κατοικίες). Συνεργάτης του γραφείου Kisho Kurokawa Ass., στο κτίριο της Ιαπωνικής Πρεσβείας στην Αθήνα. Δύο Α' , δύο Δ΄ βραβεία, δύο εξαγορές σε αρχιτεκτονικούς διαγωνισμούς. Έπαινος στον Πανευρωπαϊκό Διαγωνισμό "Zephyr-Τεχνικές Παθητικού Δροσισμού" (1994). Υπότροφος ΙΚΥ (1997).

Δίδαξε ως εντεταλμένος Επίκουρος Καθηγητής, τα μαθήματα «Αρχιτεκτονικός Σχεδιασμός» και «Οικοδομική Τεχνολογία» στα Τμήματα Αρχιτεκτόνων του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών (2001-2004), και του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης (2005-2006). Δίδαξε στο 4^ο έτος Αρχιτεκτονικής του Αμερικάνικου πανεπιστημίου Drury, στο Βόλο, το μάθημα «Culture & Place - The Greek Legacy, Urban Civilization and the Greek World» (2007). Εκλέχθηκε στη θέση του Επίκουρου Καθηγητή Οικοδομικού Σχεδιασμού στο Τμήμα Αρχιτεκτόνων του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών (2010). Διατηρεί το γραφείο ONOFFICE environmental architecture στην Αθήνα μαζί με την Ελένη Κατσούφη (1998 - σήμερα).

Born in 1964. Architect NTUAthens (1989). Master of Architecture in the Urban Landscape, University of Southern California, Los Angeles (1991). Junior Designer in architectural firms in Athens and Los Angeles (1983-1992). Set Designer in MCA/Universal Studios Hollywood. (1992 - 93). Member of Theros Architecture (1994-1998). Designer of a variety of projects (houses, cinemas, theaters, industrial and commercial facilities and housing). Collaborator of Kisho Kurokawa Ass. in Embassy of Japan Bldg. in Athens. Two first, two fourth prizes and three commendations in architectural competitions. Commendation in European Competition for Passive Cooling Techniques "Zephyr" (1994). PhD candidate scholarship (1997).

Assistant Professor in Design Studio and Building Technology courses in University of Patras (2001-2004), and in University of Thrace (2005-2006). Lecturer on the course "Culture & Place-The Greek Legacy, Urban Civilization and the Greek World" in the department of Architecture of Drury University, Mi., in Volos (2007). Elected as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Building Design in School of Architecture, University of Patras (2010). Co-founder, with Helen Katsoufis, of "ONOFFICE environmental architecture" private practice in Athens (1998-today)
