The Hotel Mod05 configured itself as the overlap of two buildings, divided without touching each other by a large stripe of glass. The compact but light volume of the rooms floats on the complex and articulated ground floor. 
 

The ground floor builds itself around a glassy central place which brings together different functions: The reception, the office, the bar, the restaurant, the meeting room and the kitchen. 

The hall develops itself around these volumes always allowing the exterior and the sky to be viewed.
The matter strength of the volumes is highlighted by the treatment of the surface and the continuity of the finishing and the contrast of colors of the interior and the exterior. 

The volume where the rooms are placed dematerializes itself: a second wood facade lets the light to be modulated into the interior of the rooms, selecting the view and regulating the solar flow during the different seasons of the year.    

In the hotel change always take place, in every room, every hour of the day, at every moment.
